• Oversees the execution of the proposal process.
• Assemble resources, skills, and matrixed support to develop proposal content per RFP.
• Coordinate with Finance to open and manage project charge numbers for proposals.
• Ensure regulatory compliance of all offerings.
• Develop new business models leveraging enabling trends.
• Validate ideas and milestones in new opportunities' development and execution.
• Create and track office and program budgets.
• Manage staff, interview applicants, and mentor new hires.
• Address significant issues requiring evaluation of intangibles.
• Others as assigned.
