Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, engineering or related field or equivalent experience.
• MBA or MS preferred for advanced leadership.
• Minimum 15 years of relevant experience.
• Minimum 7 years in a leadership role.
• Experience with P&L driven businesses.
• Strong background in long-range planning and governance.
• Proven ability to influence senior leaders and operate as deputy/executive officer.
• Experience engaging executive customers and leading cross-functional initiatives.
• M&A experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with VP to drive BU revenue growth and financial performance.
• Provide enterprise-level analysis of EAC trends, cost drivers, and risk posture.
• Lead portfolio trade-space discussions on performance and investment priorities.
• Support development/oversight of AOP and long-range planning.
• Identify structural improvements to strengthen execution and profitability.
