South Side Electric, Inc. is seeking a President to lead strategic growth and servant leadership across the Twin Cities metro area.

You will guide long-term vision, operational excellence, and financial success while stewarding a 70+ person workforce in a family-owned electrical contractor environment. The role emphasizes strategic budgeting, forecasting, risk management, and workforce planning with a focus on safety, codes, and compliance.

Qualifications

• Proven executive leadership in electrical contracting or construction.
• Experience managing large-scale commercial/industrial operations.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting and risk management skills.
• Experience leading workforce planning, estimating departments and labor relations.
• Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations and corporate compliance.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new commercial/industrial market opportunities across Minnesota.
• Direct financial performance through KPIs on margins, cash flow and productivity.
• Foster a high-performance culture focused on teamwork and talent development.
• Oversee bid pricing and contract negotiations for high-value projects.
• Ensure OSHA compliance and uphold safety and fiduciary standards.
