South Side Electric, Inc. is seeking an Electrical Contractor President to lead strategic growth in Bloomington, MN. You will serve as the chief executive, guiding a 70+ person team and driving vision, operations, and financial success for a trusted electrical contractor.

You will expand market presence across the Twin Cities, oversee bid pricing, contracts, safety culture, OSHA compliance, and fiduciary duties. The role offers a base salary with commissions and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Proven executive leadership experience in electrical contracting or construction.
• Experience managing large commercial/industrial electrical operations.
• Knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and risk management.
• Experience leading workforce planning, estimating, and labor relations.
• Strong knowledge of building codes and safety regulations.
