Responsibilities

• Develop and execute annual business development and local market growth plans aligned with objectives and revenue goals.
• Build, develop, and maintain strategic relationships with insurance carriers, adjusters, contractors, property managers, and other referral partners.
• Generate new business through consultative selling, networking, referrals, presentations, and community involvement.
• Partner with leadership to execute local marketing initiatives increasing brand awareness and lead generation.
• Support local digital marketing strategies including Google Business Profile optimization, local SEO, and online reputation management.
• Develop and publish engaging social media content while maintaining brand standards.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on sales pipeline activity and performance metrics for continuous improvement.
• Communicate capabilities and service solutions to prospects through in-person and digital interactions.
