Job summary

Let’s Pave is seeking a Business Development Manager to lead growth through strategic initiatives, partnerships, and market expansion. You’ll build relationships, generate leads, negotiate partnerships, and drive revenue across service lines.

The role involves hybrid/remote work with up to 50% travel and a focus on expanding Let’s Pave’s market presence across North America. A strong track record in B2B sales and cross-selling is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales, business development, or related experience in a B2B environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Familiarity with CRM software (Salesforce/HubSpot/NetSuite) and prospecting tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic plans to capture new business opportunities and form high-impact partnerships.
• Maintain understanding of roofing and paving offerings to identify cross-sell opportunities.
• Lead creation and presentation of proposals to key stakeholders and decision-makers.
