Job summary

Let’s Pave is seeking a Business Development Coordinator in Lombard, IL to generate new opportunities by researching target accounts, identifying decision-makers, and qualifying leads for Business Development Managers.

You will maintain CRM data, build prospect lists, coordinate discovery calls, and support pipeline growth. A hybrid or remote work arrangement is possible based on location and performance, with up to 30% travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to generate new business opportunities through research and outreach.
• Experience qualifying leads and passing to BDMs for closure.
• Strong CRM/database management and data integrity discipline.
• Familiarity with B2B sales cycles and prospecting tools.

Responsibilities

• Research target accounts and decision-makers to identify opportunities.
• Develop and organize prospect lists using CRM, LinkedIn, and networking.
