Job summary

Cotton Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Commercial Business Development Executive based in Houston, TX. You will drive growth, build lasting relationships with commercial policyholders, and work with cross-functional teams to win new accounts.

You’ll lead lead-generation efforts, close strategic contracts, and coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure exceptional service. Travel domestically and internationally as needed to expand our client base and promote company services.

Qualifications

• Education: Marketing, Business degree, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Experience: Proven sales and management experience; insurance industry a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead generation and client acquisition: schedule in-person presentations with key decision-makers and secure long-term contracts.
• Revenue growth: close leads and drive revenue through partnerships.
• Client relationship management: maintain relationships with customers and act as a business continuity partner for emergencies.
• Communication & coordination: collaborate with Project Coordinators, Project Managers, and Field personnel to meet objectives.
• Marketing & brand awareness: use tools to promote services and increase revenue.
• Vendor & partner management: monitor and train vendor programs.
• Professional excellence: represent Cotton Holdings with integrity and professionalism.
