Job summary

You will lead generation, close deals, and manage strategic partnerships to drive revenue growth. The role requires strong presentation and negotiation skills, the ability to travel domestically and internationally, and a marketing/business background.

Qualifications

• Education in Marketing, Business, or related field is required or equivalent work experience.
• Proven sales and management experience; insurance industry experience a plus.
• Strong presentation, negotiation, and written/verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead generation and client acquisition: schedule in-person presentations with key decision-makers and secure long-term contracts.
• Revenue growth: close leads and drive revenue through strategic partnerships.
• Client relationship management: maintain strong relationships with customers and act as a business continuity partner for emergency service needs.
• Communication and coordination: collaborate with Project Coordinators, Project Managers, and Field personnel to ensure projects run efficiently and meet client objectives.
• Marketing and brand awareness: promote services and increase revenue using all marketing tools.
• Vendor and partner management: monitor, train, and assist in maintaining vendor programs.
• Professional excellence: represent Cotton Holdings with integrity and professionalism at all times.
