Job summary

Cotton Holdings seeks a Marketing/Sales leader to drive lead generation and revenue through strategic partnerships in the insurance space. You will schedule presentations, secure contracts, and maintain client relationships with a focus on continuity for emergency services.

Travel domestically and internationally as needed; a marketing/business background with proven sales and negotiation skills is essential.

Qualifications

Marketing or business degree (or equivalent work experience).
Proven sales and management experience.
Experience in the insurance industry is a plus.
Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills (written and verbal).
Ability to travel domestically and internationally; valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

Schedule in-person presentations with key decision-makers.
Generate new leads and secure long-term contracts.
Close leads and drive revenue through strategic partnerships.
Maintain customer relationships and act as a business continuity partner for emergency service needs.
Collaborate with Project Coordinators, Project Managers, and Field personnel to ensure efficient project delivery and client objectives.
Use marketing tools to promote company services and increase revenue.
Monitor, train, and assist in maintaining vendor programs.
Represent Cotton Holdings with integrity and professionalism.
Secure new commercial policyholder clients and foster relationships with commercial property loss decision influencers.
