Job summary

Three Strands Group in Palm Beach, FL is seeking an Associate to join its corporate development and strategy function. You will build financial models, evaluate ventures and partnerships, and support capital decisions while partnering with senior leadership.

The role demands 2–4 years in finance or strategy, advanced Excel, strong PowerPoint, and comfort with AI tools like Claude and ChatGPT. You’ll work autonomously in a fast-paced environment and translate analysis into actionable

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
2–4 years of experience in investment banking, management consulting, Big 4 or similar analytic finance/strategy role.
Advanced Excel modeling: pro forma, scenario and sensitivity analysis, DCF and returns.
Strong PowerPoint skills for executive-ready materials.
Familiarity with AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT) and building automated workflows.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain financial models informing decisions across businesses.
Support evaluation of new ventures, partnerships, and acquisitions with market research and diligence.
Manage workplans, timelines and cross-functional coordination to keep initiatives on schedule.
Draft executive materials and summaries with recommendations and assumptions.
Create reusable tools, templates and reporting processes for the team.
