Qualifications

• Strong PowerPoint skills for executive-ready materials.
• Familiarity with AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT) and building automated workflows.

Reporting to the Vice President of Corporate Development, the Associate pairs rigorous financial and quantitative analysis with the qualitative side of the work: shaping strategy, running complex projects and partnering directly with senior leadership. In a given week, that could mean evaluating a new venture, structuring a new partnership, sizing a capital decision and turning an approved initiative into an operating reality, often all at the same time.
