In a hybrid role based in Palm Beach, FL, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams and external advisors to turn concepts into executable plans while leveraging AI tools to enhance efficiency and insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related quantitative discipline.
• 2–4 years of experience in investment banking, management consulting, Big 4 transaction advisory/strategy, or similar corporate development.
• Advanced Excel financial modeling with three-statement models and scenario analysis.
• Exceptional PowerPoint capabilities for executive-ready presentations.
• Experience leveraging AI tools to optimize workflows and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain financial models, including pro forma projections and sensitivity analyses.
• Analyze unit economics, margins, and investment returns for opportunities.
• Support holding-company budgeting, rolling forecasts, and reporting.
• Assist in evaluating new ventures, acquisitions, and joint ventures with due diligence.
• Prepare investor decks, diligence responses, and data-room materials.
• Review term sheets and contracts to align financial models with deals.
