Job summary

Hadrian seeks an Associate in Growth Finance to model economics for major capital decisions and partnerships. You will build end-to-end financials, assess ROI, and structure deals with engineering and program leaders to align with strategic goals.

You will support M&A, carve-outs, and JV structures, while maintaining forecasts and communicating insights to senior leadership in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years experience across strategic finance, FP&A, investment banking, private equity or growth equity, private credit, management consulting, corporate development, and/or strategy & operations.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to compress complex analysis for senior leaders.
• Demonstrated ability to carry ambiguous cross-functional work to a decision.
• Experience in capital-intensive industries (aerospace/defense, advanced manufacturing, automotive, semiconductors, energy, or data centers).
• Exposure to program management or large-scale project delivery; understanding government contracting is a plus.
• NetSuite or comparable ERP experience.

Responsibilities

• Build and own financial models for Hadrian’s largest capital decisions, including scenario modeling, cash flow forecasting, and spend projections.
• Evaluate investments end-to-end with ROI, payback, cash impact, and trade-offs across cost, schedule, and scope.
• Support corporate development and capital markets work from market research to diligence and structuring.
• Act as financial counterpart to engineering, manufacturing, and program leadership; provide visibility, structure, and accountability.
• Maintain forecasts and budgets aligned to milestones and program timelines; identify risks and opportunities early.
