Job summary

The role requires 2+ years in investment banking or corporate development, strong financial modeling and a keen analytical mindset, and comfort working with senior executives on complex deals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2+ years of investment banking or corporate development experience at a top-tier firm.
• Strong quantitative, financial modeling and analytical skills required.
• Financial services and/or asset management experience preferred.
• Interest in corporate development and growth opportunities.
• High intellectual curiosity with ability to develop innovative solutions.
• Strong project management skills and ability to multi-task.
• Ability to interact with senior executives and external partners.
• Adept at leveraging AI tools with critical thinking to assess outputs.

Responsibilities

• Develop financial models to evaluate investments and growth opportunities.
• Prepare presentations and analysis for senior leadership.
• Assess investments, acquisitions, partnerships and other growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with banks, accountants, consultants and lawyers on transactions.
• Conduct market, industry and competitive analyses to identify trends.
• Develop deep expertise in Golub Capital’s businesses and markets.
