Qualifications

• Four-year or Graduate Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or any related discipline or commensurate work experience.
• Typically has 10+ years of work experience in strategy, planning, operations, market research, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Develops recommendations from complex data and business analysis and formulates them into business plans.
• Drives construction of innovative statistical and financial models to analyze new aspects of business performance.
• Establishes metrics to measure business performance and recommends go-forward strategy to address gaps.
• Leads complex market research projects and identifies trends and opportunities for business leaders.
• Staffs and manages cross-functional teams across the span of business planning activities.
• Drives priority projects and makes final team decisions; develops business plans and identifies new opportunities with client leaders.
• Develops comprehensive business plan recommendations based on analysis and trends.
• Identifies or develops analytical tools, models, and methods for making key business decisions.
• Counsels business leaders and recommends approaches for executing high-level strategies.
• Develops strategies for building long-term business relationships.
