Requires 7–10 years in strategy/operations, a 4-year degree in a related field, strong analytics, and expertise in executive storytelling and PowerPoint.

Qualifications

• Four-year or Graduate Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related discipline.
• 7–10 years of work experience in strategy, planning, operations, market research, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Leads complex data and business analysis to develop business plans, and identifies recommendations and insights.
• Constructs statistical and financial models to forecast performance; coaches others on model development.
• Establishes metrics to measure performance and addresses gaps.
• Manages market research projects and prepares synthesized intelligence reports.
• Leads cross-functional teams across the full spectrum of planning activities.
