Job summary

First National Bank of Omaha (FNBO) seeks a Head of Private Wealth Advisory to lead growth and reputation for our most sophisticated client segment, typically with $5MM+ in investable assets. You will oversee a team-driven model spanning investment management, fiduciary solutions, advanced planning, private banking, specialty credit, and family governance under the One FNBO platform.

This leader acts as a market ambassador, partnering across Wealth Management, Retail Banking, and Commercial

Qualifications

• 10–15+ years of leadership in private wealth serving HNW/UHNW clients.
• Demonstrated ability to win and retain complex client relationships.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced planning credentials preferred.
• FINRA Series 65/66 required.
• CFP®, CFA®, CTFA®, CIMA®, CPA®, CEPA designations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own HNW/UHNW segment results: revenue, flows, advisor productivity, and profitability.
• Lead with a growth mindset, driving a high-performance culture.
• Develop and execute client acquisition strategies and strategic partnerships.
• Shape segment roadmap based on client and market intelligence.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration to deliver seamless client experiences.
