Job summary

First National Bank of Omaha (FNBO) seeks a strategic Head of Private Wealth Advisory to lead growth, performance, and reputation for its sophisticated client segment. You will direct a team delivering a comprehensive wealth model spanning investment management, fiduciary solutions, and private banking across HNW/UHNW families with $5MM+ investable assets.

You will champion an integrated One FNBO platform, partnering across business units to deliver seamless client experiences and fiduciary risk

Qualifications

• 10–15+ years of leadership in private wealth serving HNW/UHNW clients.
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced planning credentials preferred.
• FINRA Series 65/66 licenses required.
• Demonstrated ability to win and retain complex client relationships.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive growth.

Responsibilities

• Own HNW/UHNW segment results: revenue, flows, advisor productivity, and profitability.
• Lead with a growth mindset to raise standards and drive a high-performance culture.
• Develop and execute client acquisition strategies for HNW/UHNW markets and partnerships.
• Shape segment roadmap based on client and market intelligence.
• Foster collaboration across Wealth Management and other FNBO lines.
