Job summary

First National Bank of Omaha (FNBO) seeks a Head of Private Wealth Advisory to lead the growth, performance, and reputation of its HNW/UHNW client segment. You will drive an integrated wealth model across investment management, fiduciary solutions, private banking, and family governance, serving $5MM+ investable assets families.

You will build partnerships, champion fiduciary care, and shape the segment roadmap with market insights and enterprise-wide alignment.

Qualifications

• 10-15+ years of leadership in private wealth serving HNW/UHNW clients.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced planning credentials preferred.
• FINRA Series 65/66 licenses required.
• Advanced designations CFP®, CFA®, CTFA®, CIMA®, CPA®, CEPA desired.

Responsibilities

• Own HNW/UHNW segment results: revenue, flows, advisor productivity, and profitability.
• Lead growth strategies for client acquisition, referrals, and partnerships.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration across Wealth Management, Retail Banking, and other FNBO lines.
• Deepen multigenerational wealth experience including estate planning and governance education.
• Lead a high-performing advisory team with accountability and succession planning.
• Represent FNBO to key COIs and family office decision makers.
