Qualifications

• 10-15+ years of leadership in private wealth serving HNW/UHNW clients.
• Ability to win and retain complex client relationships.
• MBA or advanced planning credentials preferred; FINRA Series 65/66 required.

Responsibilities

• Own HNW/UHNW segment results: revenue, flows, advisor productivity and profitability.
• Lead growth initiatives and partnerships to drive sustainable, premium service.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration to deliver integrated wealth solutions and fiduciary standards.
• Develop and manage segment roadmap based on market intelligence and client needs.
• Lead a high-performing team with clear performance expectations and succession planning.
