Frazier & Deeter in Huntsville is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth in the Huntsville market and surrounding region by identifying new business opportunities and guiding clients through the value of the firm's services. The ideal candidate will cultivate strategic relationships, travel as needed for conferences, and partner with local and firm leadership to support growth.

Qualifications

Experience selling professional services such as tax, audit, or advisory/consulting.
Proven ability to develop new business in large enterprises.
Track record of meeting or exceeding quota.
Strong selling and relationship management across the sales cycle.
Willingness to travel out of market for conferences and firm initiatives.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with FD partners for subject matter expertise and deal coordination.
Lead sales process and influence teams during the cycle.
Be a team player, self-starter, results-driven with strong follow-through.
Balance prospecting methods including in-market activities, referrals, events, and direct outreach.
Maintain executive presence and professional image.
Focus on relationship development with C-suite executives (CFO, CAO, CTO, CIO, CISO, CMO).
Maintain discretion with confidential information.
