KW Property Management LLC is seeking a dynamic business development professional to lead association-focused sales in designated markets. The role involves presenting KWPMC services, nurturing board relationships, and coordinating with corporate teams for proposals and contracts.

The position is full-time, exempt, requiring travel to local markets with potential out-of-area opportunities; a bachelor's or equivalent degree is preferred and a valid Florida driver's license is expected.

Qualifications

• Required education: Bachelor’s in business, science, or related discipline or Associate’s degree with relevant experience.
• Minimum three years in industry business development or association-related work.
• Ability to influence, persuade, and achieve outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Develop a strategic sales approach to target associations that fit KWPM profile.
• Establish discovery meetings and introductory presentations for KWPMC services.
• Collaborate with corporate teams to support market presentations.
• Maintain relationships with association boards and coordinate across teams.
• Represent KWPMC at events, tradeshows, and industry seminars.
• Lead lead generation through cold calls, emails, and board education seminars.
• Prepare proposals and RFP responses; negotiate contracts through to signing.
• Travel to markets locally, with some out-of-area travel as required.
