Job summary

Paramount Skydance Corporate Development Group is seeking a Manager to source, evaluate, execute, and integrate external transactions, including acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, and minority investments. The role collaborates with senior leadership to assess opportunities and develop actionable recommendations.

Candidates should have 3+ years at top-tier banks or private equity, a bachelor's degree, and a strong background in financial modeling; MBA is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years at a top-tier investment bank or private equity firm preferred.
• Bachelor’s Degree required (with MBA preferred).
• Strong interest in the intersection of Media and Technology.
• Deep financial modeling expertise with knowledge of accounting, corporate finance, and valuation.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team members, senior management, business units, and outside advisors to identify and assess potential external transactions in the form of acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, minority investments, and business development opportunities
• Assist with transaction execution, including developing valuation analyses and transaction briefing materials and coordinating due diligence efforts
• Conduct research on target companies, competitors, and market dynamics to support opportunity evaluation
• Build financial and operating models; develop various financial analyses including discounted cash flow, merger analysis, comparable company analysis, precedent transaction analyses, and general financial statement analyses; present analytics to an executive audience
• Track current deal flow and proactive & reactive pipelines
• Build strong working relationships across the Paramount Skydance organization
