Job summary

Pinnacle Recruitment is seeking a Strategy & Corporate Development Manager to support key strategic and growth initiatives across the organization. Reporting directly to the CFO, this highly visible role partners with executive, operational, and field leadership to translate strategic priorities into actionable plans and measurable results.

The position focuses on corporate strategy, M&A, operational improvement, financial analysis, and execution of key business initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
• 7+ years in corporate strategy, corporate development, FP&A, M&A, or related field.
• Strong financial and operational acumen with business-case experience.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority.
• Experience in multi-site industrial/services/manufacturing environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic business initiatives with executive leadership.
• Lead cross-functional projects focused on growth and operational improvement.
• Support acquisition and divestiture strategy and evaluate opportunities.
• Assist with M&A analysis, due diligence, and integration efforts.
• Develop financial and operational analyses for strategic decisions.
• Establish KPIs, dashboards, and reporting with FP&A and business leads.
• Track initiatives, manage risks, and ensure on-schedule delivery.
• Develop scalable processes and tools for consistent execution.
• Collaborate with field leadership to identify opportunities and support implementation.
• Evaluate technology and tools to improve performance.
• Prepare analyses and recommendations for CFO and executive leadership.
