Job summary

Skydance, a division of Paramount, is seeking a VP, Head of Strategy & Business Operations to serve as a senior strategic partner to the division’s leadership team and build the operating foundation for our growing games business.

Reporting to the EVP, Head of Commercial & Marketing, this executive role sits at the intersection of strategy, analytics, finance and operations, guiding long-range plans, data infrastructure and critical deal modeling to inform leadership decisions.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in corporate strategy, strategic finance, business operations, management consulting, investment banking or corporate development.

Responsibilities

• Lead division strategy, long-range planning and executive briefings.
• Build and lead KPI/data infrastructure for commercial, audience, product, financial and operational performance.
• Model major Paramount Games deals including scenarios and sensitivities.
• Develop industry and market intelligence to guide senior leadership.
• Own operating rhythm including leadership meetings, business reviews and planning cycles.
• Drive cross-functional coordination with Finance, Legal, Business Affairs, Data & Technology.
