Overview

Paramount Skydance Corporation is seeking a Manager to join the IR team. This role will assist in the day‑to‑day execution of Investor Relations activities during a transformative period for Paramount, collaborating with finance, accounting, communications, and legal teams. This position reports to the SVP, Investor Relations & Strategic Finance.

Responsibilities
  • Support the preparation and execution of quarterly earnings materials, conference presentations, management briefings, and other public company communications
  • Develop and maintain collateral that enables broader tracking and analysis across relevant areas, including reporting for senior leadership (financial estimates, sell‑side research coverage, competitive tracking and benchmarking, shareholder ownership activity, etc.)
  • Develop strong company and sector expertise to understand strategic, operational, and financial developments at Paramount and broader media, entertainment, and tech sectors
  • Partner with Finance, Accounting, Legal, and Corporate Communications teams to ensure accuracy and consistency of external financial messaging
  • Assist in planning and executing investor events (investor conferences, non‑deal roadshows, etc.)
  • Manage additional strategic projects across finance, with an appetite to contribute beyond core responsibilities
Basic Qualifications
  • 4‑6+ years of relevant experience in sell‑side or buy‑side equity research, asset management, investment banking, and/or private equity
  • Strong financial acumen with the ability to interpret financial statements, financial and industry models, and capital markets dynamics
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with experience producing polished, executive‑ready materials
  • Highly organized and detail‑oriented, capable of managing multiple priorities and demanding timelines around key operating cycles
  • Bachelor's degree
Additional Qualifications
  • Experience in the media, entertainment, and/or technology sectors
  • Familiarity with financial tools and platforms such as CapIQ, Visible Alpha, etc.
  • CFA designation or progress toward it

Compensation & Benefits

Hiring salary range (New York City, California, Colorado, Washington State, and most other geographies): $124,000.00 – $186,000.00. Starting pay will depend on geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education. This position is bonus eligible.
