Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or related advanced degree preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in Corporate Development, Investment Banking, Private Equity, Transaction Advisory, or a related field
  • Strong financial modeling, valuation, forecasting, and analytical skills
  • Experience managing M&A transactions, investments, and due diligence processes
  • Knowledge of legal agreements, data rooms, and transaction workstreams
  • Proven project management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities. Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
  • Strong executive presence and ability to influence stakeholders across functions
  • Demonstrated leadership experience, including mentoring and developing high-performing teams
  • Highly motivated self-starter with strong attention to detail and intellectual curiosity

Responsibilities

  • Identify and evaluate acquisition, investment, and strategic growth opportunities.
  • Analyze industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscapes to support corporate strategy.
  • Lead financial analysis, valuation modeling, and business case development.
  • Manage due diligence processes, coordinating internal stakeholders and external advisors.
  • Assess strategic and financial fit of potential transactions and present recommendations to leadership.
  • Prepare executive-level presentations, investment memoranda, and decision-support materials.
  • Support deal structuring, negotiations, and transaction execution.
  • Coordinate integration and post-transaction planning activities.
  • Lead multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring timely execution and high-quality deliverables.
  • Mentor and develop team members, providing guidance and support as needed.

This role partners closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, conduct analysis, manage transactions, and provide actionable insights that support key business decisions.
