Job summary

Semios is seeking a data-driven Corporate Development & Market Strategy Lead to accelerate growth via applied technology in agricultural supply chains. You will evaluate M&A opportunities and strategic relationships while leading market research with cross-functional partners.

You will translate research into actionable plans for growth, pricing alignment, and new product opportunities, driving long-term corporate strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Agribusiness, Agronomy, Business, Finance, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 7–10 years in corporate development, strategic marketing, consulting, or VC in AgTech/SaaS.
• Proven ability to build market models and evaluate corporate transaction structures.

Responsibilities

• Structure, negotiate, and frame high-impact commercial relationships and partnerships.
• Build business cases, valuation models, and coordinate due diligence with product, legal, and finance.
• Manage the corporate development pipeline from sourcing to integration planning.
