You will evaluate corporate growth opportunities, develop market models, and lead cross-functional due diligence with product, legal, and finance teams to drive market expansion and sales

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
7–10 years of progressive experience in corporate development, strategic marketing, consulting, or VC.
Experience building market models, analyzing market share data, and evaluating corporate structures.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with go-to-market leads to structure and negotiate high-impact commercial relationships and channel partnerships.
Build business cases, create valuation models, and coordinate due diligence with product, legal, and finance teams.
Manage the corporate development pipeline from sourcing through integration planning with FP&A.
