Responsibilities

• Develop financial models, forecasts, and valuation analyses for strategic opportunities.
• Conduct industry, market, competitor, and target company research.
• Support M&A, joint venture, partnership, and other corporate development transactions through all deal phases.
• Coordinate due diligence activities and analyze financial, operational, and commercial data.
• Prepare investment memoranda, business cases, and executive presentations for leadership.
• Monitor market trends and identify growth opportunities and strategic risks.
• Partner with finance, legal, operations, and business leaders to evaluate and execute strategic initiatives.
• Track transaction pipelines and maintain documentation and reporting.
• Support post-acquisition integration planning, including integration workstreams and synergy targets.
• Coordinate integration activities across functions to facilitate post-deal integration.
• Monitor integration milestones and value capture metrics.
• Identify integration risks and elevate significant concerns to leadership.
• Prepare status updates and dashboards for senior management.
• Conduct post-transaction analyses to evaluate acquisition performance and lessons learned.
