ERMCO seeks a Sr. Analyst, Corporate Strategy & Development to drive market research, strategic planning, and M&A activities.

The role collaborates across Finance, Sales, Manufacturing, IT, HR, Legal and Chief of Staff to gather inputs for strategic initiatives and KPI tracking. The candidate must excel in Excel modeling and be PowerPoint savvy, with strong communication to senior leaders and a track record of executive-grade analyses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Economics or similar.
• 5+ years of experience in Corporate Strategy or Strategic Planning functions building executive presentations.
• 5+ years of data analysis in Microsoft Excel.
• 3+ years of experience in M&A with DCF valuation modeling and due diligence support.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market, customer, competitor, regulatory and industry research to identify opportunities and risks.
• Develop executive-ready insights and presentations for M&A, strategy planning and investment theses.
• Support development of the company's M&A strategy, target criteria and acquisition pipeline.
• Lead DCF financial modeling for valuation of targets, LBOs, JVs and partnerships.
• Develop valuation perspectives through comps and precedent transactions analyses.
• Coordinate due diligence and post-merger integration planning with cross-functional stakeholders.
