The Industrial Service Group is seeking a Corporate Development / M&A Analyst to support ongoing acquisition efforts in the rotating equipment sector. You will manage deal data, CRM, and analytics while learning the end-to-end process and growing toward senior roles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics.
• 1–2 years of experience in M&A, investment banking, transaction advisory / valuation, FP&A.
• Strong financial modeling and analysis aptitude; advanced Excel skills required, Power BI or similar tools a plus.
• Comfort with modern data and AI-assisted analysis tools.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining the acquisition pipeline in ISG’s CRM — target records, deal stages, NDA status, and banker / broker outreach tracking.
• Assisting in identification, research, and screening of acquisition targets, including industry research and target profiles.
• Spreading target financial statements into ISG’s databook and valuation model; assist in profitability analysis and EBITDA adjustments.
• Supporting due diligence data collection, data room organization, and coordination with third-party diligence providers.
• Assisting closing process data, Net Working Capital calculations, and Closing Statement preparation.
• Supporting post-closing integration plans and 100-day budget tracking.
• Building and maintaining reporting and analytics in Excel and Power BI.
