Job summary

Accenture seeks a Senior Manager to originate, sell, and deliver client programs that identify and scale growth opportunities within the Industrials sector. You will partner across strategy and customer experience to bring integrated solutions to senior client leaders and guide them to market launch.

You will lead cross-functional teams, size opportunities with data, test concepts, and build investment roadmaps for C-suite decision-makers. Travel 25-50% may be required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in strategy consulting, corporate innovation, or product/service design and launch within the Industrials space (Automotive, Manufacturing, Logistics).
• Proven experience with measurable impact in consulting engagements.
• Strong analytical, facilitation, and executive communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Originate c-suite level work within the Industrials sector, partnering across strategy and customer experience practices to bring integrated growth solutions to senior client leaders.
• Partner with client executives to define growth priorities that align to customer needs and market shifts.
• Build and sustain trusted advisor relationships with executive stakeholders, maintaining a pipeline of growth and client innovation across Industrials clients.
• Lead cross-functional teams in identifying high-value opportunities through customer insight, market analysis, and competitive scanning.
• Size growth opportunities using large-scale data, including surveys, market intelligence, and financial modeling.
