Accenture is seeking a Senior Manager to originate, sell, and deliver growth programs in the Industrials sector. You will lead cross-functional teams, size opportunities with data, and guide strategic roadmaps for senior client leaders, aligning growth priorities with market shifts.

You will foster trusted advisor relationships, manage a robust pipeline, and coach teams to strengthen analytical and advisory capabilities in complex industrial contexts. Travel 25-50% is expected.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in strategy consulting, corporate innovation, or product/service design and launch within the Industrials space (Automotive, Manufacturing, Logistics).
• MBA or advanced degree in innovation, strategy, or related field a plus.
• Strong analytical, facilitation, and executive communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Originate c-suite level work within the Industrials sector, partnering across strategy and customer experience practices to bring integrated growth solutions to senior client leaders.
• Partner with client executives to define growth priorities that align to customer needs and market shifts.
• Build and sustain trusted advisor relationships with executive stakeholders, maintaining a pipeline of business growth and customer innovation across Industrials clients.
• Lead cross-functional teams in identifying high-value opportunities through customer insight, market analysis, and competitive scanning.
• Leverage quantitative and qualitative data, including surveys, market intelligence, and financial modeling to size growth opportunities.
• Pressure-test assumptions and build the evidence base for strategic recommendations across Industrials clients.
• Apply analytical frameworks to prioritize growth initiatives and translate inputs into investment roadmaps for C-suite decisions.
• Prioritize initiatives based on evidence, impact, and scalability; guide go-to-market and scaling strategies for validated opportunities.
• Mentor team members to strengthen strategic and client engagement skills.
