Job summary

Kadima Healthcare seeks a highly motivated Director of Admissions to lead the admission process at our Skilled Nursing Facilities in Pittsburgh, PA. You will design and coordinate the monthly admissions workflow, collaborate with referral sources, families, and staff to ensure a smooth patient journey.

The ideal candidate has proven success in marketing, customer service, and sales within healthcare, strong organizational skills, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Experience in marketing, customer service, and sales with proven results.
• Outside sales experience in healthcare, preferably in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting.
• Strong organization and time management; able to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related software applications.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a monthly marketing plan to meet admissions goals.
• Conduct effective sales calls with referral sources to promote our facilities and services.
• Review patient information for accuracy and complete admission paperwork.
• Coordinate clinical and financial approvals for admission; communicate with families and staff.
• Provide facility tours and promote conversion to admission.
• Manage the admission process and prioritize daily tasks with multi-tasking.
• Collaborate with discharge planners, families, and responsible parties to initiate tours and follow-ups.
