Job summary

Ad Hoc LLC is seeking a Senior Director of Client Growth and Strategy, DHS, to shape and execute growth across mission-aligned opportunities within the Department of Homeland Security, especially USCIS. This hands-on leadership role demands deep mission knowledge, stakeholder insight, and the ability to convert relationships into pipeline and booked business.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of relevant professional experience.
Significant experience supporting USCIS or other mission-aligned DHS organizations and programs.
Demonstrated experience developing and executing federal growth strategies.
Strong executive communication, relationship management, and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute growth strategies across USCIS and DHS programs.
Forecast pipeline and bookings, and communicate risks and opportunities.
Lead strategic pursuits through the federal opportunity lifecycle from identification to award.
Shape opportunities prior to solicitation with customer relationships and competitive intelligence.
Lead multidisciplinary pursuit teams including solution architects and pricing.
