Job summary

BIC Recruiting in Houston, TX seeks a Business Development professional to drive growth through strategic partnerships, client acquisition, and new business opportunities. You will conduct market research, analyze data and competition, develop and execute plans to meet revenue targets, and build long-lasting relationships with clients and industry partners.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business administration or marketing or related field; MBA or advanced degree a plus.
Proven experience in business development, sales, or related roles, preferably B2B.
Strong sales acumen with a track record of meeting/exceeding targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and expansion potential.
Analyze market data, competitor strategies, and customer feedback to inform strategies.
Identify and evaluate partnerships and alliances within client sites and corporate levels.
Cultivate relationships with clients, partners, and industry influencers.
Identify and prospect new clients through networking, cold calling, and lead generation.
