Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• Experience in business development or commercial construction sales.
• Strong communication and proposal development skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic business development initiatives to increase revenue and market share.
• Identify, qualify, pursue, and secure new commercial construction opportunities.
• Maintain a pipeline of opportunities and grow negotiated work and design-build projects.
• Build strategic accounts and relationships with owners, developers, architects, and other decision-makers.
• Meet and exceed annual business development goals and revenue targets.
