Killian Construction Co. is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead commercial construction projects across Southwest Missouri. You will oversee profitability, risk, and client relationships while delivering projects on time, within budget, and to high quality standards.

You will mentor superintendents and project teams, act as the primary owner contact for owners and architects, and guide strategy from preconstruction through closeout. A strong leadership mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in commercial construction project management.
• Experience leading large commercial/multifamily projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Procore/Bluebeam proficiency and strong contractual cost control knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Own project financial performance: cost control, forecasting, profitability.
• Lead budgeting, scheduling strategy, procurement planning, risk assessment.
• Direct complex contract negotiations and change orders as needed.
• Oversee project execution from preconstruction to closeout per contract and standards.
• Lead monthly cost forecasting, margin analysis, and reporting.
• Collaborate with leadership to align projects with business objectives.
