You will drive multi-year roadmaps, lead executive engagements with pharma and CROs, and architect scalable offerings with clear ROI. This role partners across marketing, delivery, finance and partnerships to accelerate pipeline, win strategic contracts, and deliver sustainable EBITDA growth.

Formación

• 18-20 years of progressive leadership experience in B2B Life-sciences management consulting or related field.
• 10+ years operating within Life Sciences / Biopharma / CRO ecosystem covering US & Europe.
• Proven track record scaling a consulting practice or enterprise segment with EBITDA/margin expansion.

Responsabilidades

• Define multi-year growth roadmap for AI-driven clinical trials and advisory services.
• Lead top-tier client acquisition strategies targeting C-suite stakeholders across pharma, biotech, and CROs.
• Package advisory capabilities into scalable, repeatable offerings with clear client ROI.
• Bridge marketing, business development, delivery leads, and finance to ensure pipeline conversion aligns with capacity.
• Evaluate and execute strategic alliances, joint ventures, or bolt-on acquisitions to accelerate market penetration.
• Track metrics like pipeline velocity, win rates, LTV, CAC payback, and net revenue retention.
