Job summary

Clinisys is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Life Sciences Markets to drive growth across research, biotech, CROs, and pharma environments. You will own end-to-end lifecycle management, pricing strategies, and GTM alignment while applying AI thoughtfully to create customer value.

Qualifications include a 5+ year track record in software product management, direct LIMS experience, and a strong grasp of regulated lab environments (GxP, GLP, GMP). MBA preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Management, Computer Science, Biological Sciences or equivalent.
• 5+ years in software product management or product ownership, including 3 years in Life Sciences safety.
• Direct experience with LIMS is required; SaaS delivery experience is essential.
• Experience supporting go-to-market activities and AI feature releases.

Responsibilities

• Own strategic direction and outcomes for Life Sciences markets and Clinisys portfolio.
• Define market segments, buyer personas, and use cases; translate into roadmaps.
• Develop business cases, pricing, and value propositions; align with Sales/Marketing/Finance.
• Lead AI-enabled product leadership and responsible AI delivery across releases.
• Collaborate with engineering and cross-functional teams to ensure quality SaaS delivery.
