Job summary

Chandler Industries LLC is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive growth across precision machining and sheet metal fabrication capabilities. You will develop and execute business development plans aligned with company strategies for high-potential customer accounts and maintain strong commercial relationships with existing customers across divisions.

The role requires meeting with prospective customers, qualifying opportunities, and coordinating pricing strategies that balance market

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years' outside sales experience in contract manufacturing services.
• Existing relationships with major customers in one or more served markets.
• Creative approach to creating customer solutions leveraging multi-divisional capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Identify target prospects, key decision makers, and buying influences within targeted market/customers.
• Drive growth by establishing and developing relationships with new and existing customers through visits and business reviews.
• Meet with prospective customers to understand business needs and to develop tailored manufacturing solutions.
• Qualify opportunities based on Chandler's capabilities, strategic fit, and commercial criteria.
• Develop pricing strategies that balance market competitiveness, customer value, and profitability.
• Communicate customer requirements within the organization (critical timeframes, program duration, risk).
• Provide input to sales forecasts and maintain accurate account data in Epicor.
