Job summary

HSAD North America is leading a major transformation as the AX Transformation Office, shaping a diversified service and client portfolio to drive growth for LG and future clients. The role owns the growth picture, prioritization, and measurable execution across strategy, partnerships, and investments.

You will identify opportunities, size them, and implement a KPI framework to track progress, working with cross‑functional teams to deliver tangible business value.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years in corporate strategy, management consulting, or business development.
• Ability to move from vision to framework to measurable execution.
• Comfort operating amid ambiguity in a transformation environment.

Responsibilities

• Set the growth picture (Corp Strategy): Define and maintain the target‑state portfolio across service offerings and clients, with a clear value hypothesis.
• Resource allocation: Translate the vision into investments of people and budget; build prioritization framework.
• Opportunity identification & sizing: Use market, competitive, and internal data to surface, size, and pressure‑test new opportunities and hand a prioritized target list.
• Performance measurement: Own the KPI and measurement framework that shows transformation progress.
• Ecosystem sourcing: Identify and evaluate platform, AI/tech, startup, and university partners for new offerings.
• Partnership development: Structure and negotiate alliances from first contact to signed agreement.
