Job summary

Designblendz in Philadelphia is seeking a Business Development Manager to generate new business, build relationships, and expand accounts across our architecture, interior design, and visualization platforms. This role is relationship-driven and focuses on turning conversations into revenue.

You don’t need to be an architect or technical expert; you will translate client needs into opportunities and bring the right Designblendz experts into the discussion, owning follow-up through contract

Qualifications

• Experience in business development or sales.
• Experience in commercial real estate, architecture, engineering, construction, or professional services.
• Ability to manage a pipeline and meet revenue goals.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new clients and project opportunities.
• Build relationships with developers, owners, GCs, brokers, institutions, architects, consultants, and other AEC professionals.
• Proactively prospect and engage with decision-makers.
• Qualify opportunities and coordinate internal resources.
• Maintain an organized CRM and sales pipeline.
• Coordinate with our team on proposals and presentations.
• Own follow-up and move opportunities from initial conversation to contract execution.
