Designblendz in Philadelphia is seeking a Business Development Manager to generate new business, build relationships, and expand accounts across our architecture, interior design, and visualization platforms. This role is relationship-driven and focuses on turning conversations into revenue.
You don’t need to be an architect or technical expert; you will translate client needs into opportunities and bring the right Designblendz experts into the discussion, owning follow-up through contract
Designblendz is a multidisciplinary design and technology firm operating at the intersection of the built environment and advanced technology. Our capabilities include Architecture, Interior Design, 3D Visualization, BIM and Coordination, Construction Logistics Visualization, Realtour immersive platform, and emerging technology-enabled services.
We work with developers, owners, contractors, institutions, designers, and real estate professionals nationwide.
We're looking for a Business Development Manager to generate new business, build relationships, expand existing accounts, and help grow a repeatable business-development engine for Designblendz.
This is a relationship-driven sales role. We're looking for someone who enjoys opening doors, building a network, uncovering opportunities, following up consistently, and turning relationships into revenue.
You don't need to be an architect or technical expert. Your job is to understand our capabilities, identify where we can help a client, and bring the right Designblendz experts into the conversation.
Our platform includes Architecture, Interior Design, 3D Visualization, Personal Injury and Active Scenario Simulation, BIM and Coordination, Construction Logistics Visualization, Realtour, and emerging technology-enabled services.
The ideal candidate is entrepreneurial, relationship-oriented, persistent, organized, and accountable for results.
Experience in business development, sales, commercial real estate, architecture, engineering, construction, or professional services is preferred. An existing AEC or real estate network is a plus.
You should be comfortable initiating conversations, developing relationships with decision-makers, managing a pipeline, and being measured against revenue goals.
Rather than selling one narrow service, you'll represent a broad platform of design and technology capabilities serving the entire real estate lifecycle. You'll work directly with company leadership and have significant autonomy to build relationships, pursue opportunities, and help shape the next stage of Designblendz's growth.
Designblendz is an equal opportunity employer. Employment decisions are based on qualifications, merit, and business needs.
