Job summary

TetraMem, based in San Jose, seeks a senior sales leader to drive revenue by translating our AI hardware technology into customer solutions. You will work with Product to align sales with roadmap and market positioning.

You will build relationships with Tier-1 OEMs, manage long sales cycles, close complex deals, and represent the company at industry events. This role demands deep technical understanding and outstanding negotiation and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in semiconductor, AI hardware, or embedded systems sales.
• Proven track record closing design wins with Tier-1 OEMs or integrators.
• Strong technical acumen to explain SoC, NPU, AI accelerators.
• Experience selling into audio, video, edge AI, or IoT markets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage long, complex sales cycles across multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Understand value proposition and position solutions to customers and partners.
• Develop new business opportunities across edge AI, audio, and video.
• Build relationships with decision-makers at Tier-1 customers and ecosystem partners.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing to align messaging and go-to-market.
• Provide feedback to Product Marketing and R&D on roadmap priorities.
• Develop and execute account plans, forecasts, and pipeline management.
• Lead engagements from prospecting through design win and production ramp.
• Negotiate and close complex deals involving hardware, software, licensing.
• Represent TetraMem at industry events to generate leads.
• Coordinate with engineering, product, and operations for onboarding.
• Monitor competitors and market trends to inform strategy.
• Manage and grow a portfolio of global accounts with regional teams.
