Job summary

Adyen, a leading fintech, seeks a Head of Digital Content, Media & Communications Vertical to shape the long-term strategy and drive revenue growth for the Digital Content portfolio. You will partner with the Head of Vertical and the Commercial Strategy & GTM team to identify where, with whom and how to win.

The role requires 7+ years in Digital Content, strong strategic thinking, GTM execution, and the ability to turn customer feedback into data-driven business cases.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Digital Content or related industries.
• Strong GTM strategy and execution skills.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to build business cases from customer feedback.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%, including international travel.

Responsibilities

• Drive the health and performance of the Digital Content, Media & Communications vertical.
• Define and execute global commercial strategy for the vertical to win with merchants.
• Serve as SME for the vertical and champion initiatives internally.
• Analyze customer behavior to identify opportunities for product and service differentiation.
• Act as voice of customer to Product for prioritization, pricing, packaging, and enablement.
• Develop customer segmentation and identify opportunities for revenue growth.
