Job summary

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Digital Content or related industries.
• Strong ability to develop winning strategies in the vertical and navigate blockers.
• Experience and passion for GTM strategy & execution.
• Ability to package customer feedback into tangible, data-driven business cases.

Responsibilities

• Key driver of the health and performance of the Digital Content, Media & Communications vertical; support general management of the vertical.
• Define and drive key elements of the global commercial strategy for the vertical.
• Be an SME for the vertical; speak intelligently about the space with strategic customers and champion initiatives internally.
• Analyze vertical-specific customer behavior to identify opportunities for product and service innovation.
• Serve as the voice of the customer; inform product prioritization and pricing strategies to maximize profitability and market share.
• Develop and maintain customer segmentation for revenue growth and market expansion.
• Inform vertical and broader Adyen strategies with industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes.
