Lumen is seeking a Strategy Senior Manager to drive corporate strategy, market analysis, and execution across growth initiatives. You will partner with senior leaders to shape strategic vision, develop plans, and enable data-driven decision-making for long-term advantage.

Role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and experience guiding cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, AI-focused environment. NJ location with remote flexibility may apply.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Economics, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in a relevant field, or 6-8 years with a Master’s degree.
• Analyze data and metrics for informed decision-making and continuous improvement; highly comfortable with manipulating data sets, understanding implications, and distilling into clear, business-oriented recommendations.
• Demonstrate strategic thinking and complex problem-solving skills.
• Manage complex projects and drive results, taking full ownership of execution.
• Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Proficient in project management tools and methodologies.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the formulation and execution of comprehensive corporate strategies that drive business growth, enhance competitive advantage, and achieve long-term objectives.
• Conduct in-depth market research, customer interviews, and data analysis to uncover customer pain points, opportunities, and trends.
• Collaborate closely with senior leadership to develop and refine the company's strategic vision and goals.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration to refine and implement strategies that align with Lumen’s mission and priorities.
• Analyze business performance and market trends to provide insights and recommendations for strategic initiatives.
• Prepare and present complex models and business cases based on new ideas and market opportunities.
• Monitor and evaluate the execution of strategic initiatives with metrics and leadership guidance.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices related to corporate strategy.
